Product Manager

The challenge

• In February 2023, we launched a new product, Chatfuel AI. It became the Top 2nd Product of the Day on Product Hunt. We gathered our first users, their pain points, use cases, etc. Then, we identified the most prospective segments. Now, we have to scale up while searching for new opportunities in the rapidly developing AI field.
• Initially, a wide range of customers (from coffee shops to enterprises) used the platform for different tasks: marketing, sales, eCommerce, support, etc. Additional points of complexity are that the geography of customers is very extensive. The challenge is to dig deep into the situation, identify growth points, rebuild the PMF set, and put the company on a double-digit growth rate trajectory.
• There's an opportunity not to spend years but to create a product in huge markets based on the current Chatfuel infrastructure.

Why you'd be interested and be a good fit for us

• You have experience in building a product from scratch. For example, founding and running your own startup in the past;
• You have product management experience at a fast-growing startup where you joined at the PMF search stage and, as a result, found growth points, reached metrics growth, and participated in the business transformation process.

You're a perfect match if you have the following

• 3+ years experience as a product manager;
• Experience in launching products from scratch;
• Successful cases of multiple growths of product metrics;
• Super self-sustaining mindset (able to independently set tasks, drive them to completion, and achieve results), coupled with a strong aptitude for generating, refining, and implementing innovative ideas;
• Deep understanding of the product and web analytics;
• Ability to build and evaluate hypotheses, create MVPs, conduct A/B tests, and make product decisions;
• A good command of requirements gathering tools: customer interviews, CustDev, survey organization, market research etc.;
• Basic understanding of the UX and web design rules;
• Experience with launches on international markets;
• Experience with AI/SaaS will be an advantage;
• Technical background and experience in team leadership within development
• Desire to develop an incredible product delivering value to its customers.
