About the role
As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth strategy. Leveraging your expertise in multi-channel marketing, you'll be responsible for launching, tracking, and optimizing campaigns to efficiently move prospects and customers down the funnel. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about blending the art and science of marketing to make a significant impact in the data tools space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distribution channels: Identify, test, and scale new channels for customer acquisition. Regularly analyze and optimize existing channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Demand generation: Drive initiatives to generate and increase demand for our products, targeting specific verticals, industries, and personas.
- Inbound marketing: Develop and optimize inbound marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, and social media, to attract potential customers.
- Support sales outbound efforts: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead hand-off, refine outreach strategies, and provide necessary marketing collateral.
- Website Optimization: Oversees our website's performance, ensuring it's user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and reflects our brand.
- Manage Marketing Tech Stack: Evaluate, select, and manage tools and platforms to drive growth, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights.
- A/B testing & optimization: regularly conduct A/B tests across different channels to ensure maximum conversion. Use insights to refine and iterate on our strategies.
- Marketing Analytics: Measure, analyze, and report on key growth KPIs, including lead acquisition, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ad Budget Management: Allocate and oversee the ad budget to maximize customer acquisition at optimal costs. Ensure all campaigns are tracked and optimized based on performance data.
- Liaise with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs): Develop a strong working relationship with our SDR team, ensuring alignment on lead qualification, follow-up, and feedback.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a growth marketing or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Exceptional execution skills, project management, and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other key software in the marketing tech stack.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of the modern data stack market is a plus.
