  • Венчурная студия Orbita из Люксембурга ищет UI/UX дизайнера, который возьмет на себя разработку всех графических и интерфейсных ассетов проекта Relotech. Это платформа на разных языках, которая помогает решиться на переезд или освоиться на новом месте. Сейчас проект работает в Люксембурге, но скоро планируется запуск еще в нескольких странах Европы и Латинской Америки.

Job description

  • As a Product Manager at Orbita, you will be responsible for leading a new B2B FinTech project. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage resources will be crucial for the successful launch of the new product in European markets. Additionally, your expertise in product and marketing strategies will play a significant role in contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • To be eligible for this position, candidates must have legal residency within the European Union / UK / India / USA / Dubai or hold digital nomad status. We value diversity and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor research.
  • Plan customer journey maps (CJMs) and product features.
  • Conduct research interviews with B2B clients.
  • Create detailed product plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources.
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech or LegalTech projects.
  • Proficient in conducting interviews with B2B clients in English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in problem analysis, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Two years of experience in product management, including launching new products.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (B2).

Part 1: Create customer journey map (CJM)

  • We strive to create a streamlined and user-friendly process for management companies. One of our main focuses is the incorporation (opening) of a company.Our clients send us all necessary documents through a phone app or web interface. We guide and assist them at every step of the process, keeping them updated and resolving any hiccups they encounter. Here is a list of necessary steps to open a company in Luxembourg:
  • Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • Approval/Generation of Articles of Association
  • KYC of the Notary
  • Submission of Articles of Association to the Notary
  • The Notary approves and requests a capital lock-up certificate (certificat de blocage)
  • Application to the Bank
  • KYC of the Bank
  • Account Opening
  • Capital Transfer
  • Receipt of the Capital Lock-Up Certificate
  • Transfer of the Certificate to the Notary
  • The Notary signs and submits it for registration
  • Payment of the Notary's invoice
  • The Notary issues a capital unlock certificate
  • The Certificate of Capital Unlock is submitted to the bank and the account is opened
  • The Company is incorporated.

What to do

Сreate a customer journey map (CJM) for any three consecutive steps of the incorporation process with a focus on speed and ease of use for clients.Use your expertise and research on competitors to complete this task. You are free to choose any software to create the CJM.

Part 2: Create a user flow

  • Follow the link to see the pictures.
  • Choose one step from your CJMs and create a low-fidelity user flow with wireframes. The user flow should include all the essential interface elements and the sequence of actions necessary to complete the step.The example above shows two types of charts: "user flow + wireframes" and just "user flow." We recommend combining both to clearly illustrate your vision.Do not prioritize design; focus only on key elements. You are free to use any software to create the user flow chart.

Completing assignment

  • The assignment must be in English.
  • Ensure that your assignment is public and can be viewed without logging in.
  • Send the completed assignment on Telegram.
