Director-scriptwriter of Marketing Creatives (Cyprus, Armenia, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas for ad creatives independently and together with the team
• Write scripts for commercials and visualize ideas (draw schematics and storyboards, select references)
• Implement the ideas together with the team of artists and animators: give timely feedback during production, help the executors to achieve the desired results
• Analyze the effectiveness of creatives and make inferences by analyzing their metrics
• Develop successful ideas and generate new ones based on procurement data

Requirements:

• Have experience in marketing in a mobile game studio, publisher or performance marketing agency
• Have an understanding of how mobile advertising creatives are created, and what’s the process of working with motion design and 3D graphics like
• You are interested in the mobile games and mobile marketing market and want to develop in those fields
• You are able to cooperate with others, know how to communicate with people of different temperaments, accept the opinions of other team members, give feedback to executors
• You are an organized and reliable person who knows how to work with deadlines and take responsibility for results
• Willing to do a test assignment

Will be an advantage:

• Fluent English, since the majority of our audience is English-speaking
• Experience of working with Playable Ads, understanding of the nuances of TOR and HTML5 minigames production
• Art skills or graphic editor skills
• Education in the field of game design and related disciplines
• Portfolio
