Retail Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement the overall sales strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a sales marketing strategy
• Define and set key KPIs
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Work with an analyst to analyze profit and loss (P&L) ratios
• Recruitment, training, and assessment of employees and tracking the results of their work
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics or relative industries
• A bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience of working in regions
• Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above)
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must)
