Junior E-commerce Content Analyst (in firstmovr, a US accelerator)

- Junior eCommerce Content Analyst at firstmovr - a US-based e-commerce accelerator, a satellite Center of Excellence (COE) for eCommerce education and change management (remote).

- Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor, he has led the eCommerce strategy, capabilities, activation, and education at RB, WellPet, Kellogg’s, and other top CPGs.
Now, Oskar, Chris, and Liza (Team Lead at Firstmovr) are in need of a well-organised Junior eCommerce Content Analyst to help their Client, the largest wine and spirits distributor in the United States, build their online presence and enhance the customer experience for their diverse range of beverage products. As a Junior eCommerce Analyst at firstmovr, your responsibilitieswould include:
- Review and enhance product descriptions, images, and other content for our online product listings on various ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all products, including wine, spirits, beer, CBD, and non-alcoholic items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and details.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engine optimization (SEO).
- Monitor and track the performance of product listings and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing content strategies to drive online sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce content management.
Working hours:
You should be ready to work with the team between 8 and 4 pm New York time (EST Time Zone - click here to check your time difference). Unfortunately, there's no flexibility in working hours.
Requirements:
- Fluent English - you'll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US, so we don't want to see or hear any mistakes.
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets - you will be working in them every day, you can easily analyze data, work with formulas and numbers.
- Complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Analytics, or related field. We will not consider ongoing students for this position, this role can't be combined with studies.
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics/data science are preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.
- Great communication skills - you are easy to communicate with, you are not afraid to ask questions.
- Structured thinking - you can structurize and describe the business processes and data models.
- Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
- Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to speak up his own opinion - seriously, the company is looking for a person with many ideas, not just an executor.
- Organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.
- Goal- & detail-oriented - you can easily adapt to a fast-changing environment without losing your goals and targets.
What we offer:
- Full-time schedule (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only recent graduates and other junior specialists.Please note that we will not consider students and candidates planning to combine several jobs or start any studies in the future.
