What you’ll do

• Develop collaborative relationships with key partners to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit goals
• Source, evaluate, and close incredible talent for roles in Product Engineering
• Act as a champion for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
• Support the team in participating in talent acquisition events (conferences), networking, HR-marketing activities in the Product Engineering area
• Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our process and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help up-level our team

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for product companies
• Experience in closing senior roles and handling complex hires (relocation)
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, knowledge of resources, and searching practices
• Possess a high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
• Experience in closing passive candidates and handling complex hires
• Self-organization, ability to prioritize and self-manage
• English skills - upper-intermediate or higher
