Head of Digital, International

About the role

Yandex is looking for a Head of Digital to manage SMM, handle influencer marketing, and develop brand media and a community. Apply if you have 3+ years of experience leading digital marketing teams, experience managing social media campaigns, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMM and influencer marketing for a variety of tech brands internationally
• Help grow and develop brand media and a community for ML/DS/AI practitioners
• Collaborate with the strategic communications and content teams to create comms campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in the digital marketing field
• Experience in SMM, targeting, influencer marketing, and community building
• Experience working internationally
• Experience managing campaigns across different platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, TikTok
• Data-driven, structured approach
• Fluent English

Preferred qualifications

• Experience establishing and growing brand media or a community
• Experience with newsletter platforms like Substack
• Experience working in the US or EMEA
