IT Business System Analyst (SFA & PRGM & Medical CRM/CLM)

In this role You will:

• Support & development of TopLine information systems such as SFA, Medical CRM and PRGM applications
• Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness taking into account business requirements
• Active participation on ongoing & new projects as part of project team or as PM role.
• Contribute to more efficient system usage.
• Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications, ensure application documentation and users ownership.
• Communicate and control the tasks with developer/supplier;
• Review of current business processes, define and implement the improvement with information technologies
• Work with multiple stakeholders and dynamic developing CIS markets
• Stakeholders management

• Bachelor's Degree in one of following areas Computer Science/Mathematics/Management/Business Administration or a comparable study program
• 3 years of working experience (in FMCG companies environment in IT or business)
• Several years of experience in project management in PM role
• English skills both in written and verbal intermediate level
• Analytical skills with ability to understand business needs
• Good communication skills and client oriented
• Independence in problem resolution and able to work in remote teams
• PRGM/Sales processes knowledge will be an advantage.
