Change Manager

• We are looking for a Change Manager to play a key role in the success of organizational change such as changes to business processes, technologies, organizational structure, job roles and systems.

If you are ready to:

• Support the OpCo transition lead in the effective deployment of the future end-to-end solution for the OpCo, providing change specific insight and expertise, including:
• Participation in Change Network Community to ensure ownership of the change agenda at the local level;
• Responsibility for translating the generic change agenda (messaging / toolkits etc) to the local operating entity. Ensuring cultural and linguistic aspects are appropriate;
• Sense how change is being managed and react to any additional requirements by connecting with community or Change Network Mgr for additional support;
• Design & deliver communication strategy, local plan and delivery requirements;
• Evaluate the impact of planned organizational change;
• Identify risks and developing risk mitigation tactics;
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change;
• Provide support to workforce transition plan including IT/IS and facilities coordination;
• Prepare, coordinate and monitor Training;
• Work with SMEs to prepare and deliver training packages.
