Head of IB Development (Mumbai)

Responsibilities

• origination and execution of IB transactions in the Indian market in close coordination with CIB office in Moscow
• development of a strategy for the Indian market in terms of provision of IB services by SBER CIB team
• providing support to the MDs in origination of corporate finance transactions in Indian market, potential deals screening and negotiations with clients
• full execution process of the transactions, including:
  • supervision of the relevant analysis, documentation and presentation materials preparation in full compliance with existing policies and procedures
  • transaction process organization and management
  • negotiation with the counterparties (incl. on behalf of the client) etc.
• participation in business planning on the team and implementation of the business plan within the assigned business segment
• preparation and discussion of analysis and documents for internal business needs

Requirements

• excellent knowledge of the Indian market, experience/closed transaction with large Indian corporates and financial sponsors
• experience in organizing and execution of IB transactions in the Indian market
• experience in providing support to the MDs in origination of corporate finance transactions in Indian market, potential deals screening and negotiations with clients
• experience of full execution process of the transactions
