• OZON Marketplace Seller Service Development & Analytics Team (previously CorpDev Team, exGoldman Sachs, NES / HSE / ICEF graduates, direct reporting to OZON’s CFO / Marketplace Director) is expanding and seeking for bright last year student, recent BA/MA graduate with a deep interest in business & data analytics, finance or operational processes improvement & project management to join us as a fulltime Analyst position. This is an opportunity to work on real projects, solve business problems and come up with extraordinary ways to analyze data.

• Marketplace’s clients (mostly Ozon sellers) development. You will immerse yourself into all processes of Sellers’ onboarding path and play an important role in systematic work to eliminate the most significant pains and create new services for sellers on the platform within all contacts with Ozon Marketplace. You will dive into operational processes and create sophisticated analytics to optimize the conversion from newcomers to active sellers as well as to reduce the churn of active partners from the platform.

Requirements:

• Experience as an analyst for 1-2 years or more
• Top university with Economics/Finance/Math major – recent graduate or last year student
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics, SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), basic knowledge of machine learning (plus, but not obligatory)
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to see the physical meaning behind numbers and find cause-and-effect relationships
• Availability to work full-time and hard-working
• Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
