About Your Role
We are looking for a Personnel Office Work Manager to work in our office in Yerevan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accounting and registering personnel documents
- Preparing various documents (copies, certificates, extracts, etc.) upon the employees’ request
- Working in 1C:ZUP
- Advising on HR issues for company employees
- Organizing personnel documents storage, as well as preparing documents for archiving
- Optimizing and maintaining personnel tables
We hope that you
- Have 1-3 years of experience as an accountant/HR manager
- Know 1C: ZUP
- Have excellent knowledge of written and spoken Russian and Armenian languages
- Know English on basic level
- Know how to work in Ms Office, Google
- Have ability to multitask
- Nice to have Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia
