About Your Role

We are looking for a Personnel Office Work Manager to work in our office in Yerevan.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accounting and registering personnel documents
  • Preparing various documents (copies, certificates, extracts, etc.) upon the employees’ request
  • Working in 1C:ZUP
  • Advising on HR issues for company employees
  • Organizing personnel documents storage, as well as preparing documents for archiving
  • Optimizing and maintaining personnel tables

We hope that you

  • Have 1-3 years of experience as an accountant/HR manager
  • Know 1C: ZUP
  • Have excellent knowledge of written and spoken Russian and Armenian languages
  • Know English on basic level
  • Know how to work in Ms Office, Google
  • Have ability to multitask
  • Nice to have Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia
