Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing
  • Experience of marketing within the online advertising ecosystem both in Russia and in the EMEA region, with a focus on Apps
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing data, and statistical expertise with tangible revenue-generating quantitative modeling experience
  • Experience presenting to senior-level management and to large external audiences to influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding marketing achievements, work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational, cross-functional management skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail

About The Job

  • Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
  • As a Product Marketing Manager on Russia’s Apps and Gaming Ads Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing high-impact marketing campaigns aimed at educating, acquiring and retaining our users and our customers. These campaigns will involve implementing best practice marketing strategies and will focus on our audiences with segmented, relevant and coherent communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Ads and Gaming Ads Marketing strategy across the entire funnel from awareness to comprehension, trial, usage and retention
  • Build and execute marketing programs in collaboration with global and regional teams
  • Perform market research and quantitative analyses to discover customer insights, conducting business analysis and other analytical activities to support Marketing strategy
  • Support executive communication within Marketing and to other cross-functional teams
  • Work with a large group of stakeholders across local, regional and global teams
