Product Analyst, Payments and Notifications (Georgia, Armenia, Portugal, Remote)

About The Role:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. Product Analyst will work in our Payments and Notifications team and will help us with data interpretation from our internal payment and billing systems, as well as external payment gateways, to extract meaningful insights. You'll be working with very senior cross-functional team, in a tight collaboration with Analysts, Marketing and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data support to the product team for implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and new features in the payments service.
  • Analyze notification data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving the effectiveness and relevance of notifications.
  • Assist in building the cost monitoring system for our payment and notification services.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings to highlight important insights.
  • Support and monitor existing metrics related to payments and notifications, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics if needed.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by the product team.
  • Assist in planning the necessary data structures to support payment and notification systems.

You should apply if you have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a data/product analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (must).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau (must).
  • Experience in working with payments, payment gateways, and transactional data.
  • English level from Upper-Intermediate (must).
  • Knowledge of Python for data analytics (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a valuable skill.
  • Experience in planning data for the new features is beneficial.
