About The Role:

  • We seek a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in content creation to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a pivotal role in our organization, primarily focused on developing engaging and informative content to support our marketing and sales campaigns, including whitepapers, product collateral, and more.
  • You will be tasked with understanding our customers and translating that knowledge into compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audiences, driving brand recognition and sales. You'll work closely with various teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure our product messaging is consistent, relevant, and impactful.

You will:

  • As Mendel's Product Marketing Manager, your core mission is to drive content creation and strategy. This entails crafting high-quality whitepapers, product collateral, and engaging content, bolstering our brand narrative.
  • You'll design and execute a robust content strategy to enhance visibility and lead generation by leveraging market trends, customer insights, and our unique selling propositions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure consistent product messaging and integrated storytelling.
  • Your role is pivotal in planning go-to-market strategies for new product launches, with a focus on content creation.
  • Finally, your data analysis skills will help measure and optimize our content's performance, shaping future marketing efforts.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing with a strong emphasis on content creation
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content, such as whitepapers, product collateral, blog posts, and more
  • Excellent writing, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing and social media marketing

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Inbound Marketing and Email Marketing
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Visualization
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and buyer journey
  • Ability to drive the marketing direction of the company and make data-driven decisions.

We offer:

  • Compensation: $175,000.00 - $190,000.00
