Scrum Master (Barcelona)

About the job

We seek a certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in coaching teams, facilitating team events, conducting trainings, and providing day by day mentoring on Scrum implementation when needed. The ideal candidate is ready to observe and act on the organization level and work collaboratively with management.

Responsibilities

• Continuously inspect the product group as a unified system, identify systemic issues, and initiate their resolution. Guiding principle: continuous improvement.
• Help the company reduce transactional costs at all levels. Guiding principle: more with less.
• Share and communicate principles and company values to newcomers. Guiding principle: lead by example.
• Assist in aligning product goals, optimization goals, and structure/processes in the organization. Guiding principle: system thinking.
• You'll work with:
  • Experienced Lean/Scrum product development business.
  • Self-managed cross-functional teams comprising mature professionals and team players.
  • Well-trained agile practitioners.
  • Experienced facilitators for all scale events.
  • Multi-cultural team located in different countries.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in tech companies.
• Mature attitude, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset.
• Skills: system thinking, team coaching, facilitation in groups of 5-30 and more people.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of engineering practices will be an advantage.
