Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first POC in case of any operational escalations or challenges
  • Help clients understand invoices and cash-on-delivery specifications
  • Actively help your clients in day-to-day communications
  • Develop the skills needed to be the main contact for Yandex clients in LAAS, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication while also identifying their needs and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership
  • Develop the skills needed to lead contract renegotiations and establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Deliver day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple partners
  • Be responsible for the business performance of our partners, analyzing their main KPIs and ensuring growth MoM
  • Develop the skills needed to execute plans, making your partners grow through promo negotiations, marketing activations, and more
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operational improvements
  • Improve the operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues from the operations team to ensure the best possible client experience
  • Fully utilize Yandex’s internal CRM and help your team log tasks and contacts from new or existing clients

Qualifications:

  • Growth mindset coupled with good collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and high-performance startup
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent fluency in Serbian and English
  • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented project management skills
  • Data-driven, analytical approach with a knack for problem-solving
  • Empathetic, inclusive, and inquisitive attitude
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or public relations
    • Experience in FMCG, food hospitality, or the on-demand delivery industry
