- EPAM is looking for an experienced HR Manager with immediate availability to cover an approximately 8-month leave; there is potential for this to become permanent also. You’ll collaborate on projects and processes that enable EPAM to onboard, develop, engage and retain talent. Being a team member of EPAM’s growing team in Israel, you will be shaping and influencing business processes as it applies to human capital – onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits as well as HR data compliance.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to EPAM’s Global People team in North America, you will be the HR Manager for EPAM Israel’s unit
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all Israel employees and subcontractors while ensuring the employees receive all the information and means necessary to the process
- Support leaders and managers in effectively dealing with specific people-related issues or challenges
- Help administer local benefits programs, providers and vendors
- Ensure payroll inputs and any supporting documentation are completely, accurately and timely communicated and/or captured for payroll processing
- Work with business leaders, North American & European HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure job offers and contracts are reasonable based on market information available and they are in line with internal company guidelines and policies
- Liaising with cross-functional contacts to provide ad-hoc post-acquisition integration clean-up activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; 5-10 years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR lead-management role. ideally in a technology company
- Experience within a technology company and global organizational experience strongly preferred
- Must have excellent English & Hebrew communication skills
- Experience with human resources practices and disciplines including employee reward programs, pay systems, employee relations and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships, establish trust and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive and timely manner
- In-depth knowledge of applicable legal/regulatory local requirements to effectively reduce legal risks and ensure compliance
- Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize, work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, exceed expectations and deliver on commitments
- Previous experience supporting a large client base of employees and developing relationships virtually, supporting locations across the country
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Considerable experience identifying and addressing internal needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of relationships and community involvement
