We have collaborated with partners including PlayStation, United Nations, Baskin Robbins, CTC, Mars, Heineken, Yandex, Okko and Likee and have an ambitious pipeline of collaborations with nationally and globally recognized partners. Description of potential duties:

  • Lead the growth of the brand in the existing categories and develop the products in the new ones
  • New product development in current categories (popcorn, puffed snacks, beverages) and launch new categories, including deep dive into consumers insights, trends & market analysis, pack design development, collaboration with R&D, P&L management
  • Get engaged in the creation of marketing campaigns, activations, pricing strategy, communication and promotion plans
  • Drive the execution of brand retail activation plans by supporting sales teams with all necessary instruments & materials to win in store by developing selling stories for NPD and marketing activations to customers
  • Optimization of current portfolio: price changes, MSL changes, etc. for profitability optimization
  • Monitoring and deep-dive analysis of brand performance: track sales volume, brand P&L, internal and sell-out data, and consumer data, to evaluate achievement vs. targets and provide management team with quarterly brand reviews with further strategic decision making
  • Manage marketing campaign launches and collaboration with partners, develop relationships with our marketing partners
  • Develop POSM and other in-store support incl. efficiency analysis
  • Get engaged in the PR & social media strategy
  • Initiate and manage brand research projects incl. customer development interviews

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years in marketing and 1.5 years in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Retail
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field
  • Proactivity, leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to manage multifunctional tasks and learn fast
  • Ability to take initiative and come up with various solutions
  • The desire to conquer the market, hearts of the consumers and make Holy Corn internationally loved
