Lead Narrative Designer (Remote, Lithuania, Cyprus, Georgia, Montenegro)

About the job:

Our team is currently looking for an experienced Lead Narrative Designer who is interested in working on casual games, taking product quality to the next level, introducing new approaches, and developing narrative design talent!

Tasks:

• Professional development and assessment of our company's narrative designers
• Active participation in hiring and onboarding narrative designers
• Evolution of development processes in narrative design
• Quality control of narrative at different stages
• Solving product problems by using narrative
• Developing unique, interesting settings
• Writing stories and dialogues for game mechanics and events
• Searching, tracking, and implementing the best solutions in the gaming industry

Requirements:

• Experience as senior/lead narrative designer on successful casual products
• Knowledge and understanding of the casual game audience
• Knowledge of and insight into the market and current trends in casual narrative
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Genuine interest in and enjoyment of the casual genre
• Understanding of the role of narrative in a product
• Ability to work in a team
• At least upper intermediate English level
