Lead Growth Product Manager (Montenegro)

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Growth horizontal stream of a product group;
• Define and implement the growth strategy of a product group in alignment with the company goals and in collaboration with the board;
• Drive customer acquisition, users activation and revenue growth through different initiatives, prioritizing based on impact;
• Use data and research to uncover existing problems, come up with creative solutions and identify new innovative ways to drive growth;
• Develop a data-driven mastery of our revenue conversion funnel and lead strategic deep dives to help identify key growth initiatives;
• Collaborate with multiple different teams to take ownership of your product area;
• Prepare specifications and set tasks for the team (programmers, designers, analysts);
• Work closely with the marketing department to calculate the unit economics of products.

Requirements:

• You have experience in a growth focussed product management role;
• Experience with subscription-based mobile app monetization models (US or EU market);
• Experimentation and AB testing is your second language;
• You feel free when using data to make decisions—whether that’s analytics, user research, survey feedback, or in-person user testing;
• Deeply understand how the growth engine works, and what’s the next most important thing to 10x your growth metrics;
• You thrive on being in the middle of a cross-functional team, coordinating the roadmap and getting results.
