Lawyer (Сorporate Law)

About us:

In our Legal practice we provide legal support for low-cap/mid-cap M&A projects (both domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures), restructuring and reorganizations, provide advice on corporate management structures, international holding structures and consult clients on general issues of corporate and commercial law.

Responsibilities:

• Legal consulting of the сlients on various issues of corporate and contract law, as well as regulatory/compliance issues
• Legal due diligence is a priority specialization
• Transaction support and restructuring
• Communication with clients and maintaining successful client relationships
• Coaching and performance management of junior staff
• Monitoring quality of services and advice
• Participation in marketing activities of the department

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 5 years of experience in Big4 or reputable law firm
• Proven experience in corporate due diligence cases is required
• Experience of managing small teams (preferably in consulting)
• Proven experience in corporate/M&A, including drafting transaction documents and negotiation support is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Fluent English and Russian for working with clients and documentation
• Strong communication skills
