Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) and customers to build out product ideas, feature requests, and roadmap items;
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and the broader team and market;
• Develop your own opinion of what the product;
• Familiar with APIs, Technical Products, and Enterprise B2B SaaS products

Qualifications

• Minimum 5️ years of experience in product management or related roles;
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, especially complex SaaS and API products
• Strong organizational and communication skills and experience talking to executive level of stakeholders and managing Enterprise customers
• Data-driven decision-making abilities, familiar with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, SQL and unafraid to learn and adapt to new tools
• A team player - Topsort’s culture is one of a sports team, we welcome ownership and collaboration.
• Bonus Points
• Previous experience in a fast-paced tech scale-up;
• Knowledge of app development and API designs ;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.).
