Responsibilities

• Gaining hands on social media management experience, managing Topsort’s LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram presence;
• Creating content for social media platforms, writing blogposts, and managing the postings on social media;
• Growing Topsort’s social media following with insightful posts positioning us as an industry leader;
• Planning and hosting online events and webinars for industry professionals and potential Topsort partners;
• Networking and out reaching in the AdTech world to book podcasts and media features of Topsort and our Co-founders;
• Creating Media briefs;
• Support and deliver technical writings, messaging decks, internal FAQs, and product guides to enable our Sales team to work efficiently while driving ongoing competitive differentiation;
• Working in a very technical environment: Topsort’s product and brand are both highly technical yet require a lot of simplification. Be excited about explaining complex subjects in simple languages and terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ year experience with growth marketing and can demonstrate from past projects your ability to create, scale and grow B2B or B2C softwares;
• Understanding of the advertising industry and suggestions on how we can grow;
• Fast learner, self starter, original and creative thinker, someone that can act on ideas fast and strong desire to turn ideas into reality and make changes;
• Unafraid to think outside the box.
• Experience executing marketing programs (newsletters, press, blogs) and webinars that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes;
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics;
• A team player - Topsort’s culture is one of a sports team, we welcome ownership and collaboration.
• Bonus Points
• Previous experience in a fast-paced tech scale-up;
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.).
