Responsibilities
- Based on HK & TW market strategies, create online and offline design materials, including campaign key visual, eDM, campaign page, social media and swags.
- Work closely with our centralized designer team, campaign team, and product team to make design decisions informed by brand positioning, performance metrics, and business objectives to the audience.
- Output high quality creatives systematically by understanding market trend and being able to synthesize and translate brand vision and positioning into work.
- Improve design and execution efficiency through project management.
- Support marketing campaign page and eDM contents creation.
- General administrative tasks for the team.
Requirements
- 1~3 years relevant working experience. Design major preferred.
- Strong sense of beauty. Proficient in photoshop and illustrator is a must; video editing skills or UI/UX design experience is a plus.
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English.
- Able to contribute individually, as well as facilitate ideation among others.
- Able to multi-task and pay attention to details. Proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Passionate about design with own insights.
- A portfolio that demonstrates design skills with marketing information.
