Senior SEO Manager (Tel Aviv)

Responsibilities

• As an Senior SEO at Connecteam, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing search engine optimization activities to drive the company’s organic growth efforts.
• What you'll be doing: 
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and keyword research to support Connecteam’s organic growth.
• Work closely with the SEO Team on developing and implementing organic growth and optimization strategies.
• Work closely with our creative & content team on planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing content marketing activities
• Conduct technical audits and deliver technical specs to other teams in order to support technical optimization of the company website.
• Working with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, Product, and other teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Identify trends and constantly come up with new growth opportunities
• Optimizing conversion rates via examination and implementation of CRO strategies across our website.
• Stay on top of the latest SEO tools, trends, and changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO experience with an international SaaS company (in-house).
• Experience in planning and executing content marketing strategies.
• Experienced in on-page optimization to boost organic growth.
• Experience with conducting technical site audits.
• SEO-related knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large-scale‌ ‌data‌ ‌analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends along with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• A team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using WordPress.
• “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in exact science, economics, industrial engineering marketing, business, or related fields.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English.
