Public Affairs Manager (Kazakhstan)

В структуре компании – 10 центров разработки (R&D) по всему миру, а объем инвестиций в разработку новых медицинских технологий составляет не менее 10% годовой выручки.
• Компания занимается разработкой, производством и поставками следующих видов оборудования: УЗИ, ИВЛ, наркозно-дыхательные аппараты, инфузионные системы, оборудование для жесткой эндоскопии, мониторы пациента, мед. изделия для оснащения операционных палат и палат интенсивной терапии, анализаторы и реагенты для диагностики Ин Витро и т.д.

Responsibilities:

• Understand health fund work mechanism, monitor the health fund allocation, fund sources in and out of Kazakhstan and Central-Asia region, use of the fund etc.
• Establish solid working relationships with major Kazakhstan and Central-Asia region government agencies/stakeholders, healthcare regulatory authorities, centralized procurement authority and medical insurance institutions, international institutions, key industry associations like medical syndicate, to ensure effective and timely support from them.
• Monitor and analyze healthcare industry policy changes like regulations, market access polices, import control etc., and submit relevant reports on a regular basis to ensure that the company’s management will learn the major impacts from those major changes.
• Early warning as well as management of the potential risk regarding international trade conflicts to Mindray local business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors related to public health, pharmacy, medical science, public policy, economics, international relations, communications, marketing, etc.).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in public sector, healthcare industry or related fields including policy and research, public affairs and communications.
• Experience working in multinational development banks e.g.: World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and International NGOs e.g.: UNDP, UNICEF, WHO is highly preferred.
• Established network in government agencies and medical device industry in Kazakhstan and Central-Asia region is preferred.
• Highly motivated, able to manage multiple initiatives and work well cross-functionally.
• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse cultural environments.
