Responsibilities:
- Product marketing strategy and execution for existing games, as well as launching new ones in the market;
- Build marketing and business plans for dedicated games. Calculate, monitor and report key business metrics per game;
- Develop product store page (App Store/Google Play) based on target audience;
- Develop and handle SMM strategy for the games;
- Manage in-app purchases strategy for the games, decide on pricing policy, plan promotional strategy, sales, discounts and in-game liveOps events;
- Manage creative and promo content (LiveOps, popups, etc.) from ideation to execution. Work with Creative Team to plan and deliver creatives;
- Cooperate with Product Management on the product side. Define localisation scope and project-specific requirements;
- Determinate cross-promotional strategies, calculate success indicators, monitor implementation and performance, maintain promo-creatives process;
- Provide insights & recommendations on markets, users, product, etc.;
- Define CRM/notification strategy to drive customer growth and retention;
- Vital marketing metrics tracking, analysis and reporting;
- Competitive analysis;
- Mobile marketing R&Ds;
- Cooperate with Design, User Acquisition, Production and ASO teams in order to maximise product profits by any means.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile marketing or UA on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play;
- Understanding of the mobile marketing, advertising, apps and games monetization;
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics: CTR, ROI, eCPM, CPI, CPA, etc.;
- Expertise in a large pool of channels (paid social, paid search, influence-marketing, email, partnership, etc.) will be a plus
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Analytical skills and mindset;
- Proactivity and creativity.
