Lead Motion Designer (Cyprus / Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Motion Design Team;
• Assign tasks;
• Control the quality of 2D/3D animation;
• Create promo videos for games and apps (Marketing, UA);
• Participate in brainstorms;
• Analyse competitors’ creatives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of animation principles;
• Excellent knowledge of After Effects and ability to integrate it with other Adobe products;
• Excellent knowledge of Blender or С4D;
• Skills of modeling, rigging, texture using, working with shaders, character animation, motion graphics, simulation;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe IIIustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
• Experience in working with VFX;
• Skills of character animation of any complexity.
