Quality Analyst Intern (Dubai)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
• Provide regular reports on performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend changes to improve results.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
