Responsibilities

  • Be subject matter expert across all facets of the business
  • Be a champion challenger with curiosity to define and create platform for business success
  • Partake in regular ROB with Client
  • In partnership with client, define scalable processes to create business success
  • Proactively delivery workflow updates and status as required
  • Demonstrates experience of lead and opportunities generation for solutions with customers
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience of new business Licensing opportunities with customers

Qualifications

  • Job Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science Business or equivalent
  • 3 years in the sales lifecycle and customer service
  • Experience working within an outsourced managed service
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills C1
  • Has excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Licensing structures.
  • Recommended Skills:
  • CRM specifically Microsoft platforms experience highly desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a requirement
  • Should be familiar experienced with Microsoft sales ecosystem infrastructure strategy
  • Experience including real time analytics, offline functionality would be very desirable
  • Understanding of big data, data science, machine learning and knowledge of internal Microsoft tools and systems a requirement
  • Database expertise MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle a plus
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Literate understanding of cloud computing and capable of practicing and describing the cloud paradigm
  • Ability to have proficient business technical conversations at a Customer Level regarding the appropriate technologies for the proposed solution
