Responsibilities

• Responsible for all design-related work for all brands under Estetica group
• Create compelling and effective designs across all print and design media
• Coordinate design briefs and layout of all internal and external materials – EDMs, sales decks, catalogues, event collaterals, and digital marketing channels in accordance with design principles
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to create digital content and execute design concepts in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Liaise with production companies for all aspects of printing and production process
• Provide creative insights and ideas for enhancing our online presence through design strategies
• Review and proof all internal and external materials prior to print and distribution
• Create, edit and maintain digital images and video clips suitable for use with internal and external channels
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Requirements

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and independent in a fast-moving, fluid environment
• Proficient in Adobe software tools
• Experience in videography, video production, video editing and photography
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Digital native - able to navigate various social media platforms and tools with ease, and resourceful enough to figure it out independently
• Good understanding of social media and how it integrates with other marketing and sales functions
• Has an eye for good photography compositions and editorial design
• Experience in social media content management, analytics, paid social media and influencer marketing are a plus
• Creative thinker and innovator with expertise in emerging digital/social beauty trends
• Good written and verbal communication skills- able to communicate and execute with clarity.
