Responsibilities:

  • Develops a trade marketing strategy in accordance with the marketing strategy and corporate principles; ensures the execution of the trade marketing strategy;
  • Develops, timely distributes and controls the standards for effective promotion in pharmacy chains and non-chain retail of the Company's portfolio;
  • Coordinates the planning of the promotional cycle to ensure the complete and timely implementation for consumers and for customers;
  • Responsible for analyzing the effectiveness and profitability of implemented trade marketing programs and developing recommendations for improving the above activities to increase their effectiveness and profitability at the point of sale;
  • Approves the document flow on trade marketing activities in accordance with the policy on ethics and business standards of the company;
  • Carries out personnel management: recruitment, training and retention of personnel, participation in the assessment of subordinate personnel, development and implementation of measures for the professional development of employees, increasing their motivation, improving the organizational structure of the business unit;
  • Conducts audits of brand programs and representation across the entire territory assigned to the division.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position in a large pharmaceutical company - at least 3 years;
  • Experience in developing strategic and tactical trade marketing plans;
  • Experience in preparing and launching national and customized trade marketing programs;
  • Possession of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing activities (pre- and post-analysis);
  • Possession of trade marketing tools (distribution, pricing, promotion, merchandising);
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional interaction;
  • Ability to make quick decisions;
  • Ability to organize information;
  • Higher education (preferably Economics, Finance);
  • Knowledge of English at least advanced level (written, oral);
  • Budget management;
  • Skills for preparing and conducting presentations;
  • Leadership qualities, responsibility, ability to adapt quickly;
  • Development of team management skills;
  • Deep knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
