Chief Operating Officer (Dubai)

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and execution of plans of approved units
• Building the work of departments within the framework of regular management;
• Control over financial, leading and resulting indicators;
• Analysis of the work of departments, market analysis;
• Integration meetings with the sales department;
• Meetings with participants (developers);
• Formation of strategic goals for the quarter, 6 months, year;
• Adaptation and training of new employees.

Requirements:

• Market knowledge in Dubai, knowledge of projects;
• Experience in real estate or working with VIP clients;
• Experience in managing a team (Company with more than 1000 people);
• Experience in an international company is a must!
• Experience in building business processes (international companies);
• Knowledge of management;
• Profile education.
