Head of Location Search (in UAE)

Description

• Big Smile Coffee, a company that operates in the self-service coffee machine segment, is looking for a Head of Location Search to expand its network in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Your main task will be to manage a team of managers responsible for finding profitable locations for the company's coffee desks in the UAE.
• In addition, you will be personally involved in negotiations with key individuals representing potential landlords.

Requirements

• We are looking for a supervisor who has experience managing a team and negotiating business with key individuals.
• You will be required to analyze the commercial real estate market in the UAE, develop a location search strategy, assess their viability, negotiate with landlords at the highest level and negotiate favorable terms for the company.
• Experience in commercial real estate and the ability to establish business contacts with key persons in companies is required.
• It is desirable that you have knowledge of the commercial real estate market in the UAE and have knowledge of the Arabic language.

We offer

• Fixed salary of $3,000 per month and a bonus system that will depend on the number and category of locations found by your team.
