Head of Product, Blockchain (UAE / Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the end-to-end product business plan from concept to production;
• Be in charge of an international Internet product and be responsible for P&L (reporting directly to the business owner);
• Develop the product with a dedicated product team (vision/roadmap/backlog);
• Identify and prioritize requirements from users and the product team;
• Organize and control the work of the product team, and reorganize it if necessary.

Requirements:

• Has successful experience with blockchain products (gaming, dating, gambling industry or social networks is desired);
• Has successful experience with creation a token on a blockchain;
• Has leadership and management skills;
• Demonstrates the ability to clearly plan, assess risks and prioritize, set and control tasks, effectively delegate and manage the team;
• Possesses systematic and flexible thinking, is able to analyze information and make decisions;
• English is upper intermediate level or above.
