Product Analysts (Remote, Belgrade)

Responsibilities

• working together with the product team to define the criteria for successful releases, predict the outcome, and track metrics;
• plan, conduct and evaluate the results of AB tests, and make your own hypotheses;
• ad-hoc analytics and reports;
• improve existing metrics and add new ones that will allow us to better understand player behavior and make product decisions;
• set up dashboards to monitor key game indicators;
• develop our analytics infrastructure: tools, processes, methodologies.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in product analytics (it's especially great if you worked in game development domain);
• excellent knowledge of SQL (writing queries, understanding of database organization principles) and Python for data analysis and processing (Pandas, NumPy);
• experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);
• skills of working with quantitative information, knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
• good communication skills, ability to discuss the problem statement and present the results of their work;
• systematic thinking, accuracy and curiosity;
• product orientation and a passion for games and the game industry.
• will also come in handy:
• a university degree in mathematics or statistics;
• experience in writing and supporting ETL processes;
• experience of automating routine tasks using Python;
• experience with large data volumes (more than 1 billion strings) and NoSQL technologies (e.g. Clickhouse, Greenplum, Redshift, Hive).
