Game Designer (Armenia / Kazakhstan / Remote)

About the role

• We’re looking for an experienced Senior Game designer for our flagship project Hero Wars. If you consider yourself to be a real game design star, strive for challenges in the improvement of a successful product, and feel what players want – welcome to our team!

Responsibilities

• Owning leading features from idea to post-mortem
• Writing and updating the features documentation, preparing technical specifications for other specialties
• Generating and implementing comprehensive game development
• Working with balance, emotion, narrative and game responsiveness

Requirements

• Have already worked as a Game Designer at least for 3 years
• Perfectly know the mobile market, trends and competitors
• Use Google Spreadsheets confidently (tables, formulas)
• Have good knowledge of math modeling
• Work with product analytics
• Understand the f2p business model
• Develop layouts and interfaces
• Communicate clearly and can express your thoughts and ideas
• Nice to have:
• Experience in Jira
• Understanding of Agile development principles (Scrum, Kanban)
