UA Producer, Retargeting (Cyprus / Armenia / Kazakhstan / Remote)

About the Role

• Nexters is looking for an enthusiastic UA producer who will improve our strategy for retargeting purchase for Hero Wars in advertising channels (mobile/web sites) and will strengthen the User Acquisition team

Responsibilities

• Forming a strategy for the Hero Wars retargeting purchases development in advertising channels (mobile / web) and implement it
• Searching and working out growth points for the retargeting campaigns development
• Developing decision-making methodology for managing advertising campaigns with analytics
• Participating in the development of internal tools to measure the effectiveness of retargeting campaigns
• Experimenting a lot with creatives, optimizations, retargeting audiences
• Generating and testing hypotheses with the creative and product teams
• Working in advertising channels: launching advertising campaigns, analyzing, optimizing. Maintaining reports.
• Engaging and developing new tools for retargeting
• Communicating with partners and colleagues from different teams, conducting research and collecting information from the market, determining benchmarks

Requirements

• Have experience in mobile or web game remarketing and strong expertise in UA and analytics or e-commerce
• Have experience in achieving results in the past, as a lead, key expert, or producer of a direction in marketing
• Know how to unite people into working groups to solve problems and achieve results and take responsibility for it
• Are ready to work in small teams in startup mode: think fast, test hypotheses, make decisions, and be responsible for the result 
• Understand how marketing works: marketing goals, key functions of marketing teams, and how these teams interact
• Know how to distinguish levels of detail and immersion, can see the big picture of your work area
• Are ready to dig into the task and reach the result even if it seems complicated
• Speak English and ready to communicate with foreign partners
• Consider yourself a team player
