About the job:

• As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new features, optimizing user experience, and increasing subscriber retention
• You will work closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to build a service that exceeds customer expectations and drives business growth

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap for AURA App and AURA Plus that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research and user testing to identify opportunities for new features and improvements
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet user expectations
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Monitor subscriber retention and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and reduce churn
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop effective messaging and communication strategies for AURA Plus

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product analysis for a subscription-based service
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive product decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for wearable technology and health/fitness industry
