Conflict of Interest (COI) Analyst

Description:

• We pay a lot of attention to COI risks, doing our best to avoid them in our work. With that in mind, we’re looking for a specialist to help us identify and manage them efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate employee COI disclosures as part of the annual reporting cycle
• Review COI disclosures, addressing any COI issues that arise and ensuring compliance with internal COI policies
• Analyze and access COI risks for the company's operational functions, propose COI resolution approaches, and monitor their progress
• Participate in COI investigations
• Prepare COI reports for management
• Help management assess situations exposing personal and functional COI
• Drive the COI section of the ethics and compliance awareness program
• Provide guidelines on COI situations to employees on request

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in COI research in compliance, internal audit, or economic security
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good project management skills
• Experience working with senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• High standards of ethics and ethical conduct
• Upper-intermediate fluency in spoken and written English
• Preferred qualifications:
• Background in compliance or audit
