Responsibilities

• You will develop a video-first social media strategy to grow our Rask AI community in social media
• You will manage our social media channels, develop content calendars, create social media campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to optimize our social media presence
• Develop content ideas and create a content plan (priority: video content)
• Manage social media platforms to ensure alignment with product features updates and drive engagement with our community in socials
• Manage social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Engage with our bloggers’ community in socials (UGC content collaborations, etc)
• Curate video production process (work closely with our video production team and designers)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize social media presence based on data-driven insights
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and PR, to ensure social media strategies align with overall product goals
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and tools to ensure our social media presence is innovative and competitive

Requirements

• Experience with channel management for major social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media content
• Basic skills with photo and video editing software

• We expect from you:
• 4-5+ years of SMM experience
• Experience of SMM in Tech Industry (Saas | B2B | B2C)
• Strong understanding of social media content
• Experience with channel management for major social media platforms
• Proven track record in SMM and Content management in the US and Europe markets
• Be able to display success in developing solutions that solve significant business problems with quantifiable outcomes
• Experience leading and building a high-impact team
• Ambitious, data-driven, and performance-oriented
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Basic skills with photo and video editing software
