Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Curate and manage product marketing analytics dashboards – AAARRR, RARRA (because we are RRRask)
  • Validate top-performing acquisition channels/ICPs/Geo and come up with actionable insights on product marketing performance
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing activities to boost customer journey experience at each stage, find exciting ways to communicate and guide users towards their Aha! moments and decrease the churn rate
  • Provide insight into competitive capabilities
  • Closely collaborate with our Product team, as well as connect and analyse marketing efforts of Content Production, SMM, Product Community, Partnerships, SEO + Paid ads teams
  • Oversee marketing budgeting for each experimentation cycle designed to achieve quarterly OKRs

Requirements

  • Proven track record in product marketing or management in the US and Europe markets
  • Be able to display success in developing solutions that solve significant business problems with quantifiable outcomes
  • 4-5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience
  • Experience leading and building a high-impact team
  • Ambitious, data-driven, and performance-oriented
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with content-first and ML-first products will be a plus
  • Experience in launching a new product on international markets will be perfect
  • An in-depth understanding and active interest in the topic of AI tools for content creation and monetization would be a perfect match
