• Are you looking for a junior legal position? Do you want to develop your skills and provide intellectual property (IP) legal support for a global gaming and entertainment company? Then this might be the role for you! We’re looking for great organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently both collaboratively and independently, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of company systems, tools, processes, and procedures related to the documentation and protection of company IP assets worldwide.
• Handle the oversight and use of electronic matter management, docketing, system maintenance, the processing of new matters, and the preparation of various reports and analyses.
• Monitor deadlines and verify information through different database searches (such as WIPO and USPTO's trademark database).
• Draft and file applications for various IP matters, like trademarks, copyright, domain names, and designs.
• Collaborate with other departments on the collection, preparation, and filing of documents and related correspondence for company IP assets.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and collaboration with outside legal counsel.
• Gather and prepare data and documentation for proceedings conducted before the courts and other authorities.

Requirements

• Passion for IP work and the mobile game industry.
• Good communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
• Precise and resourceful working style.
• Great organizational skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Eagerness to learn about the company’s organizational structure, processes, and operations.
• Positive, make-it-happen attitude towards work.
• Ability to work both cooperatively as part of a team, and proactively as an individual.
• Your experience
• University degree (preferably in Law).
• Good knowledge of English legal terminology and intellectual property law would be an advantage.
