About us:

• Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 200+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). 

Responsibilities:

• Creation of top-class in-game content (realistic models and sets of texture maps);
• Preparation of content for the related Departments, control of its implementation in the game engine;
• Work strictly in line with the concept, meeting the production schedule.

Requirements:

• Skill-set:
• Strong Photoshop, 3ds Max/ Maya/ Blender, Substance painter + Substance Designer, Marvelous Designer, ZBrush skills;
• Advanced bump mapping and shading skills including PBR;
• Understanding of basic human anatomy and aspects of movement;
• Understanding and proper preparation of high- & low-poly models, sweeping;
• Understanding of how to prepare a model for future animation, skinning, and rigging;
• Ability to prepare a correct topological grid for future character's animation;
• Up-to-date portfolio (Page on Artstation/Behance);
• Desire to participate in the creation of a top-notch product.
• Will be a plus:
• Experience in game development;
• Familiarity with the basics of working with vector graphics and Adobe Illustrator pack;
• Familiarity with the rendering tools and methods;
• Experience in task automation and workflow unification;
• Understanding the processes of rigging and skinning;
• Basic Unreal Engine skills (understand the structure of a project, ability to integrate the content into Unreal Engine).
