Senior Product Designer (Armenia)

About the job

• SoftConstruct is looking for a highly responsible and curious Senior Product Designer, who will be working in close collaboration with the Design team and will be responsible for designing and implementing a product by working with developers, designers and other team members

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys and mockups that create intuitive, elegant product experiences
• Research and build user experience that meets the needs of both our users and business
• Validate your designs through prototyping and learning from our users through continuous iteration
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with multiple disciplines including product, engineering and research to explore, build and ship your work
• Work with, maintaining, and challenging the company's design system
• Propose solutions or make a point in a logical and objective manner, substantiated with accurate data and evidence
• Develop deep expertise across multiple product's problem areas

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the field
• Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform or one comparable
• Proficiency with various design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD (basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a BIG plus)
• An understanding that phenomenal experiences come from collaborative decision-making with Front-End Developers, Engineers, Product Managers and other disciplines
• A deep understanding of the end to end iterative UX process (personas, scenarios, wireframing, and high fidelity visuals)
• A passion for solving design problems while owning all facets of design (strategy, art direction, interaction design and research)
• Experience collaborating with other designers to build a cohesive product
• Communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a range of UX, interaction and visual design, and idea generation or prototyping of existing or conceptual projects
