User Acquisition Manager (Cyprus)

• Your main objective will be:
• Web/mobile traffic acquisition which meets spending and ROAS goals.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of traffic acquisition: launch, analyze, optimize, grow.
• Testing creatives and checking the results for statistical significance.
• Ordering creatives from the creative team.
• Working with data engineers and web developers to set up tracking and analytics.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of purchased traffic on a number of key metrics.
• Monthly procurement budget planning, forecasting an effective procurement model and reporting on the past month.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years.
• Experience in related fields (context, arbitration, internet marketing) is a plus.
• Experience with a/b testing, knowledge and understanding of math statistics in relation to a/b tests.
• Technical or economic education (a degree in marketing will be an additional plus).
• Ability to process and analyze large amounts of data.
• Creative mindset.
• Written English upper-intermediate+ with the desire to grow to fluent in 6 months.
• Love for strategy games will be a huge plus.
