Digital Creative Designer (eCommerce, in Dubai)

About the role:

• We are looking for an eCommerce Digital Creative Designer, part of Home & Distribution Business Unit, to contribute to the overall Schneider Electric growth plan
• You will be part of Factory C, the digital factory for Home & Distribution division of Schneider Electric. Factory C is producing product content available on se.com, eCommerce channels and Software & App

Responsibilities:

• Production of rich and immersive product content to make our products findable, visible and build our online portfolio presence to reach different types of customers (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) on or Web, Software/App, eCommerce
• All necessary products visuals to boost eCommerce (lifestyle images, unique selling points images, dimensions, wiring ..), interactive videos, extra short video for advertisement purpose on the product… to interactive content by innovating for visual commerce.
• Develop Product content for enriched premium eCommerce product pages for eCommerce
• Leverage visuals to influence the purchasing decision (benefits, applications, how to use…)
• Create digital merchandizing assets to match with eCommerce guidelines and brand guidelines to enable best customer experience
• Develop customer-oriented content with all necessary products visuals to boost eCommerce (lifestyle images, unique selling points images, banners, videos…)
• Enriched our Product Content Brand Identity through your design skills
• Support digital offer readiness requirements for new launches offers and existing ones
• Translate business requirements, user needs, product features and creative direction into new experiences that are visually enhanced, easy to interact and engaging
• Partnering in teams with Offers Managers, internal customers, global marketing to develop look & feel, layout and visual experience
• Learn about our audience, conduct design research, bring insights to define next design of Product Content experience and build new prototypes
• Innovate with small iterations:
• Launch user tests
• Perform A/B testing to validate your hypothesis, keep track and report on performance
• Keep an eye on interactive content trends and best practices to bring the knowledge to the team and launch new initiatives with eCommerce digital trade managers working with countries
• Manage end-to-end content creation project, from planning, creative development, post-production review, storage in our DAM, deployment & performance.
• Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines and project deliverables
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment, navigate competing priorities, allocate time appropriately, and deliver on time
• Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree holder.
• A previous experience in a Digital role, eCommerce or Mobile Commerce will be a plus
• Familiarity with engaging content standards and eCommerce trends
• Always follow design best practices and trends
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain consistency of experience and branding thru new initiatives
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and iterative environment
• Humble and curious, with a big appetite to learn, discover, experiment new things and also willing to help others get better
• Requested languages basic knowledge: fluent english
• Experience working with InVision or Figma
• Be a master of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Animation skills are a big plus!
• Passion for DIY, Electricity or Decoration will be a plus
