Responsibilities

• Contribute to work streams on Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with many of our Managing Directors and Senior Directors
• Work with a variety of sovereign wealth funds, large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
• Benefit from established formal and informal training programme and mentorship
• Develop the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
• Work alongside operational/technical, commercial, tax and other due diligence professionals in integrated due diligence project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
• Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience
• Contribute to commercial activities including business development and marketing
• Network with our service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships

Requirements

• Strong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or Mathematics
• Big 4 trained - Previous experience in Transaction Services, Private Equity, Audit and M&A is advantageous
• Exposure to blue-chip Corporates and/ or Private Equity is useful
• Fluent business level English is essential. Additional language skills including Arabic is highly desirable
• Open to start or studying for a professional qualification, including and not limited to: ACCA, CMA or CFA
